OK, this is not the most intuitive thing but it's also NOT rocket science. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
Make sure you have clicked the "Reply to Topic" link at the bottom of the thread window. (Typing a "Quick Reply" doesn't give you access to what you'll need.)
Go ahead and type your message. When you're ready to upload your attachment, click on the little paper clip icon at the bottom of your posting window.
You will get this window that wants to know where your attachment is located. You can click the "Browse" button to search for it on your computer.
The Explorer window will pop up and you can navigate to your file click it and then click "OK".
You'll be returned to the window below with the Browse box filled in. Just click the "Attach File" button.
This window will pop up in a bit letting you know the file has been uploaded. Go ahead and click the "Close Window" link.
You'll be returned to your reply with some new text at the bottom of the window. You're going to need to edit this text if you want the chart to show up as part of your reply like Boxcar does.
First thing, highlight and delete EVERYTHING that just got attached to your post.
Click the attachment button again.
This time, however, click the "Reuse File" button.
Next, find the file you just uploaded from the window that will pop up and click the "Insert" button on the left.
Your image will now be attached at the bottom of your post.
